Tom’s pro board

I’m a proud member of Team Bentham, the UK’s finest middle aged skate squad.

The best thing about being a middle aged skater is that we’ve got adult salaries, which means that we can waste our money churning out stickers, merchandise and all the things we would have loved to have had back when we were little teenage skate rats.

Here’s some of my designs:

Why Jeremy Bentham?

One fabled night, Team Bentham found themselves holded up in the Barking Dog pub in East London. It was shortly before they needed to put down a team name to officially enter the Lords of the Swords competition. Looking up, there on the wall was a framed picture of our man Jeremy Bentham looking down on the crew, and the rest is history. As it explains in his wikipedia page, he was an all round rad dude

“He advocated individual and economic freedoms, the separation of church and state, freedom of expression, equal rights for women, the right to divorce, and the decriminalising of homosexual acts. He called for the abolition of slavery, capital punishment and physical punishment, including that of children. He has also become known as an early advocate of animal rights.”
